It’s a telling sign that my friends argued over who got to ride in the back of the 7 Series. This is not a car to drive; this is a car to be driven in.
The 7 Series is notably lukewarm to drive. Silent and floaty, it’s the polar opposite of the BULLITT Mustang. Climb in the back, however, and the $100k+ price tag makes sense. Tablets, reclined massage seats, and soothing mood lighting cocoon passengers in absolute luxury, begging the question: why pay triple for a Rolls-Royce Ghost?
