On my recent trip to Paris, I decided to explore places I haven’t been and found three gems, one I had not heard of.
1. Musée Jacquemart-André
This 19th-century mansion, once the home of Édouard André and Nélie Jacquemart, houses a world-class art collection and is my new favorite museum in Paris.
2. Musée Rodin
Rodin left his entire collection to the French state in 1916 with the stipulation it be housed in the former Hôtel Biron where he once had a workshop. Don’t miss the sculpture garden.
3. Sainte-Chapelle
This magnificent Gothic cathedral, completed in 1248, houses 1113 magnificent stained glass windows.
