Although I live in the land of Delta, I usually travel with Southwest because my husband accrued so many points on the airlines. And I love the company’s flexibility and no change fees.
It was always kind of a game – setting an alarm 24 hours before a flight on Southwest to try to get an A on my boarding pass.
But the airline’s open seating policy could be problematic. Once a woman berated other passengers, including me, who asked her seat number so they could get in line in the right place.
Southwest announced they will soon begin assigning seats.
