My No-Drug, No-Alcohol Inflight Stress Reduction Method

I always watch TV shows or movies during a flight – the sky is a no-work zone for me. It can be a challenge to find something with no nudity or disaster scenes. 

On a flight to see my daughter, every seat was taken and the large man next to me kept falling asleep and leaning my way, heightening the anxiety of traveling during a pandemic.  Luckily, I had finally taken my friends’ advice and downloaded a few episodes of “The Great British Baking Show.”

Watching the contestants roll, bake and decorate transported me to a more peaceful state of mind.
