“Give a girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the world,” Marilyn Monroe said. I don’t know about conquering it, but I do know the right shoes are key to seeing the world.

The struggle to find the right shoes is real.

After slipping on dozens of sandals in preparation for a trip to Greece, I finally found these amazing Clark’s Leisa Vine Platform Sandals. They are all leather, come in 12 colors and start at $42.

For warmer climates I choose my Skechers Microburst Skimmer Slippers ($63). With Memory Foam cushioned insoles, they are like walking on clouds.

I’m so glad you like them. Comfortable shoes are so important for a good travel experience! Here’s another brand I love – just wore these and Clarks all through Germany: Arcopedico
