CBD is the new it ingredient – touted as helping with anxiety, stress, pain, sleep issues – pretty much anything that plagues us. Does it work?
I’ve tried a small dropper of The Rooted Co’s pure CBD tincture before bed. I can’t promise that it’s the CBD that made me sleep so well, but I didn’t wake up until 7:30, which is highly unusual for me.
I recommend it for a feeling of calmness and to help promote sleep. It’s best to add it to a drink as the taste is not very pleasant. And start with a small dosage and work up.
