I wanted to find cheap gas prices on a road trip but had concerns about the popular app Gas Buddy after reading how much private info is collected on users.

Then I discovered an easy way to find the best prices on an app I already use daily. Go to Waze, type in gas in the search box and a list of gas stations with the distance and current prices pops right up.
