Father and son team Pratt and Chris Morales own and operate Golden Crown Panderia – a New Mexican bakery in the Old Town Albuquerque area. The Morales have taken the unique flavors of New Mexico like blue corn and green chile and incorporated them into their breads, pizza crusts and desserts.
Sourcing much of its ingredients from local farms, the bakery takes pride in showcasing the flavors of their home. The Golden Crown specializes in the New Mexican state cookie – the Biscochito. Traditionally, an anise and cinnamon cookie, at the Golden Crown you will find chocolate, coffee and other unique flavors.
