“I love the middle seat on a plane,” said no one ever. But what if you could win a prize from a pool worth $230,000 for the inconvenience? Virgin Australia has launched a Middle Seat Lottery contest that picks lucky winners from those who ended up in a middle seat, whether they chose to or not.
Every week from now through April 23, 2023, members of the airline’s Velocity Frequent Flyer program can enroll in the lottery to be eligible for prizes that include a two-night food and wine experience in Adelaide, helicopter pub crawl and two-night trip to Melbourne.
