One thing that helps me is doing jigsaw puzzles. Another I was able to indulge in recently – paddling a kayak.
We navigated our kayaks around beautiful Lake James in North Carolina and down a narrow heavily forested creek as far as we could go. It helped restore my travel-starved soul.
