If you’ve ever visited, you know there’s a big difference between Palm Beach and West Palm Beach.

Palm Beach: A long narrow barrier island with a beach, Palm Beach is home to more than 30 billionaires. It has 87 square miles of highly manicured hedges and some homes have underground tunnels to the beach. The median home value is around $1.15 million and our president has a home and country club here.

West Palm Beach: Has no beach and a much larger population. The median home value is $277,000; it has a neighborhood called Lands of the President.
