On the Waterfront at Marriott Savannah Riverfront

by Jan Schroder
Savannah Marriott Riverfront

“Watchin’ the ships roll in, Then I watch ‘em roll away again.” I thought of Otis Redding’s famous lyrics when I saw my amazing balcony with a view of the river at Marriott Savannah Riverfront.

Although it wasn’t balcony-sitting weather, I did enjoy the safe location within walking distance of local attractions and the huge, airy interior atrium. With a late arrival and nasty weather, we ordered dinner from the Atrium Bar and enjoyed it in the spacious room where I had a bottle of rose chilling in the fridge.

Breakfast was in Blue, with a beautiful water view.
