We’re heading to Portugal soon for six weeks, spending time in Lisbon, Cascais, Porto and Lagos. Here’s how I’ve prepared:
• Learned how to say “Wine, please” and “Where is the restroom?” in Portuguese.
• Exchanged dollars for Euros, (almost 1:1, yay!)
• Bought books, read a few, forgot most of what I read.
• Spent 387 hours stressing over and reading tips on how to travel with just a carry-on.
We’ll share our journey on Instagram, including whatever mishaps we encounter. It won’t be lost luggage – it’s carryon only for us and we share how we did it in the story below.
