Electric Way to Explore Giant Redwoods of California

Skunk Train electric bikes

Grab a pal and peddle your way on railroad tracks on a guided tour on the Redwood Route in Mendocino County in Northern California with the Skunk Train Fort Bragg Railbike excursion.

You’ll travel on the same railroad tracks as the Skunk Train, which begin transporting lumber along this route in the 1880s and earned its name in 1925 as these self- propelled motorcars emitted an unpleasant odor.

No worries that your leg muscles aren’t up to the demands of the one-hour tour. These custom-built railbikes are electric and with a flip of a switch you can take a break.
