We Can’t Stop Laughing at These Illustrated One-Star Reviews of National Parks

After learning about one-star reviews of our national parks through a Reddit post, artist Amber Share decided to meld her artistic talents with her love of the parks to share these often hilarious negative reviews of the most spectacular places on Earth.

She began posting her illustrations that included the Arches National Park in Utah (“Looks nothing like the license plate” and the Grand Canyon (“A hole, a very, very large hole.”)

Amber gathered her illustrations, added history, basic facts and anecdotes about each park into her book, “Subpar Parks, American’s Most Extraordinary National Parks and Their Least Impressed Visitors.”
