After melding into our couches for the past two years, we are back on the road. The   U.S. Travel Association predicts Americans will spend $95 billion on travel in 2022, down just 5% from 2019.

Yes, it’s a pain to downsize your toiletries and squeeze everything into a carry-on suitcase. But you will not wait to check or retrieve luggage and you’ll have more flexibility to rebook flights.
