Traveling doesn’t have to be a pain in the neck with these methods to reduce back and neck pain

Travel can be a literal pain in the neck, and post-flight achiness can put a damper on your trip. Here are ways I deal with it.

Orthopedic shoe inserts. Having the right arch support can take tremendous pressure off your back.
Theragun Mini. This relatively tiny massage gun packs a huge punch and can undo knots in seconds
OM Wellness CBD-Infused Body Oil. Available in rose geranium, lavender and fragrance-free, this oil relaxes sore muscles.
Menthol gel. A small dab of Biofreeze is like leaving an icepack on your shoulders.

Shoulder rolls and crossover arms stretches before boarding also help.
