I’m not sure I’ve ever been inside a camper. But now we own one.
We have lake property but no home yet. Maybe a camper is the solution for temporary affordable housing, I thought. Which led me to a Facebook group that has used campers for sale.
“Wow, that one’s cute,” I thought as I scrolled through the photos of an upgraded 1999 camper with a kitchen, bath and cozy-looking bed. But it was in Michigan.
Within four days, my get-er-done husband found a moving company and that camper was in North Carolina where it will stay. The adventure begins.
