Soar Like an Eagle Above Colorado’s Rocky Mountains

On a beautiful October morning, I had the opportunity of a lifetime: Experiencing a view of the rugged Rocky Mountain terrain from the sky.

I pulled up to a small airstrip where I met Tracy Tomlinson, owner of Fly Colorado Ultralights, who was going to show me incredible views of the Pikes Peak region and give me a flight lesson on the Evolution Revo.

Once we were comfortable in the air, I took hold of the wheel and earned hours towards a pilot certification. With Tracy’s help, flying the plane felt safe and secure. It was an exhilarating experience.
