As each course arrived, my son and I looked at each other with wide-eyed delight, sometimes giggling at our good fortune to be enjoying the most exquisitely prepared and presented meal of our lives.
We were indulging in the Chef’s Tasting Menu with wine pairings at Atlas in the St. Regis Atlanta. Designed as a culinary journey, dishes are prepared with fresh local ingredients and included Kristal Caviar, A Waldorf Salad of Sorts, Poached Halibut and Westholme Wagyu.
The courses were perfectly paced, the servers were knowledgeable and unpretentious and we loved the wines. The art-filled setting was elegantly sophisticated.
