Don’t Kiss the Microphone at Sun Studio

While you may be tempted to kiss the microphone used by Elvis at Sun Studio, don’t do it! That microphone holds an honored space and is still used today in Memphis, Tennessee. The careers of Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, BB King, Jerry Lee Lewis, and many others launched at Sun Studio – the birthplace of rock ‘n’ roll.

Schedule a day tour at Sun Studio where you will be entertained and guided by working musicians. Famous musicians book the studio to work at night. Mick Jagger, Bruno Mars, U2 and Ken Burns have been sighted recently. You could be, too!
