Yeah, it’s unfortunate to open a spectacular luxury hotel in the summer of 2020. But I’m not worried about this gorgeous new property. It’s absolutely stunning and also has a perfect location downtown in this large city. It has all the elements to be a huge success as leisure and business travel slowly increase in 2021.
Our two favorite things about this hotel were lounging by the gorgeous pool where we enjoyed a refreshing adult beverage, and indulging in the eight-course tasting menu prepared by a top chef who was wooed away from his previous restaurant after 35 years. Simply exquisite meal.
