Capturing the world has gotten a whole lot easier

A few years ago, if a publication or client asked me to produce a video, I would have packed two DSLR cameras, multiple lenses, lights, microphones and extra batteries into two suitcases.

This year, when preparing to shoot weekly videos in Portugal for International Living magazine, I bought a newer iPhone. The pocket-sized device has three cameras on the back, three on the front and three microphones scattered around.

Instead of using high-end editing software for days, I use the iMovie app. Now I can complete a video in a few hours. Here are the videos we shot in Portugal.
