May you continue to catch the trade winds

Mark Twain had a lot of great quotes about travel. Here’s my favorite.

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”

This issue marks the 5th anniversary of The Travel 100 and this year is my 28th as a travel writer. it’s been a pleasure to share destinations, news, tips, products and journeys with our readers.

Here’s to many more explorations, dreams and discoveries.
