Every year the Wall Street Journal ranks the nine largest airlines based on seven categories that include cancelled and extremely delayed flights, long tarmac waits, mishandled baggage, passengers being involuntarily bumped and customer complaints.
Delta was voted as the best airline, followed by Alaska Airlines and Southwest. As for the worst ranked, you may have guessed Frontier or Spirt, two of the consistently lower-ranked airlines that are now planning a merger.
No, Frontier tied with American for 6th place while Spirit came in eighth. There’s a new airline at the top of the worst U.S. airline for 2021 – JetBlue.

Your article on Madison, WI captures the city perfectly. It’s a great place to visit. Would recommend a visit in the Spring or Fall for optimum, weather, beauty and if in Fall, a UW football game. It is an experience that shouldn’t be missed.
That is so kind of you to take the time to comment. I love visiting Madison!
